Mentoring
A trusted mentor to learn from, be encouraged by, and grow with — supporting confidence, independence, and new skills through a genuine one-on-one relationship.

Sometimes the most powerful support is simply having someone consistent in your corner. Our mentoring program pairs participants with a trusted support worker for regular one-on-one time — building skills, confidence, and independence through activities and conversations shaped around your own interests and goals. Mentoring relationships are kept consistent wherever possible, because trust and familiarity are what make real growth possible. Whether the goal is building social confidence, trying new things, or simply having someone positive to check in with each week, mentoring meets you where you are.
